Ve stodole našli tuny tabáku

Lány – O víkendu provedli středočeští celníci z odboru pátrání kontrolu hospodářských budov rodinného domu v obci Lány u Červených Janovic. Při zásahu zde celníci našli a zajistili přes 3,5 tuny řezaného tabáku a 85 kg tabákových listů. Majitelé objektu jsou dva bratři a jejich teta. Únik na cle, daních a poplatcích by tak činil téměř 6,4 miliónů korun. Pokud celně technická laboratoř potvrdí, že se jedná o tabák určený ke kouření, hrozí tak pachatelům trest odnětí svobody až na deset let. Ve Středočeském kraji se za poslední období nejedná o ojedinělý případ záchytu nezdaněného tabáku či cigaret.

Koncem října středočeští celníci na 29. kilometru dálnice D1 zadrželi vozidlo plné cigaret a tabáku. Při kontrole osobního automobilu značky Peugeot 407 české imatrikulace našli celníci v zavazadlovém prostoru a na zadních sedadlech 650 kartonů cigaret různých značek (např. Marlboro, Fest, Italian Blend 821, Viceroy) a téměř 11 kg řezaného tabáku.
Pokud by se cigarety a tabák dostaly na český trh, státu by vznikla škoda 310 000,- Kč na nezaplacené spotřební dani. V současné době jsou oba případy stále ještě v šetření Celního úřadu pro Středočeský kraj.
